Scheduling your inspection involves many different facets. Synchronizing the Inspectors Schedule, your schedule, along with all the Realtors and any occupants of the properties can be exhausting. To help assist you we will attempt to handle all those different facets of the transaction.

To start the inspection process, simply you call our office to schedule the inspection and provide the following information:

1. Your Names, address and phone numbers

2. The Property Address to be Inspected

3. The Names and contact information of Realtors involved in the transaction

4. What is the age of the building?

5. What is the heated square footage?

6. Is the property Vacant or Occupied

7. Are the Utilities on?
